At Pacifica Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty essentials, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
